About Me

Hi I'am Angie and i am 17Years old.. my curve is getting better everyday, there are times where I am asked to start considering surgery but I try to avoid it as much as possible.. I go to English College, I live in Dubai, Im currently doing my A-levels.. I have been dancing since I was four years old and I aspire of being a dance teacher..

The best place for physio and self correction is the Scoliosis SOS in London, it saved me from having surgery,.. Inbox me for more details...

I now no longer wear the brace, it's been almost a year now, and honestly all the hard work and pain and stress was so worth it!! <3

Sure I don't have to wear my brace during the day now but I did for a whole year in the 8th grade. I know what you are going through and it is not easy but you will get through it and be really proud of yourself. Soon, it will seem normal. Anyway, keep wearing that brace!

Don't worry about looking like a weirdo. Even if people do find out about your brace, it really is no big deal so just go out there and have fun!

When I first got my brace, it really hurt too but after a couple of weeks it started to feel better. Make sure that the brace fits right and if it is pinching or creating big, red marks on your skin, do not be afraid to call your brace maker and get it fixed to be more comfortable. It might take a couple of visits to make it comortable but believe me it is worth it since you will be wearing it for a while.
